Just your printed (or screenshot) reservation receipt — hand it to the attendant when you pull in. We'll take care of the rest.
Our staff will help with your luggage and walk you to the shuttle. Park your car, keep your keys, and we'll get you to your ship.
No. You keep your keys with you the entire time. Your car stays parked and locked.
Yes. Our drivers load and unload all bags both ways — coming and going.
Yes — let us know in advance and we can have a car seat or booster ready for your shuttle ride.
Your receipt has the designated pick-up location and the shuttle driver's phone. Call when you disembark and the shuttle will come grab you.
From the Orange Lot, yes — many guests do. It's about 0.1 miles to the cruise terminals.
Yes. Both lots are gated, lit, and have overnight security on site.
Yes. We accept reservations up until cruise (or flight) departure. Online prices still beat the drive-in rate.
